You should really specify when you are putting clients with brand new people to the industry. I thought I was seeing your seasoned and experienced esthetician that I've spoken to for years in the salon. I didn't know you had hired someone new and that's who I was booked with. You should not only be telling people that, but you and she should also be forthcoming about being new to the industry. Instead she said new to this salon.
