Dr. Philippi has been working on my teeth since October 29th of this year. Nov. 24th was my 5th appointment. She repaired two small cavities on the lower left. Fortunately, for the first time, I did not need any Novacaine. That left ONE tooth on the top to complete before tackling the rest of the bottom teeth including an extraction after Thanksgiving. Here it was, the day before Thanksgiving, and I asked her politely, if because those two small cavities didn't take much time to drill and fill, would she be willing to finish that last top tooth. She AGREED. It took almost another hour because she worked me in and I also had to have Novacaine. I am so very pleased with Dr. Philippi, her team of technicians, assistants, and the office staff. When the bottom teeth are finished being repaired, I have her blessing for a "team" picture to be taken in the waiting room with as many of those kindly, caring folks as possible. That picture will be framed as well as a copy added to my scrapbook. It will be a very happy conclusion to my Covid hiatus from proper dental care.
