I had a very good experience. It was my first visit for routine check-up and cleaning. Every step of the way everyone was friendly and caring. I was amazed by the high level of technology that was used to take X-Rays, as well as pictures of my teeth with a small flash light looking camera. Dr. D came in and greeted me and proceeded to don even more protective gear and magnifying goggles to get a "better look without hunching over you". He was very thorough and dictated every dynamic of my teeth to his assistant. Next came the cleaning, with the technician wearing a protective gown, gloves and goggles, and she used a water pic type of approach with suction, followed by manual touch up and polishing. A follow-up appointment was made for a cavity that was discovered and then on to check-out. This person explained how to prepare for the next visit and what would be required to cover the co-pay, what the anticipated expense would be and how that would be covered. It was all very pleasant, organized, no waiting, and left being prepared for my next visit as well as my next cleaning 6 months from now.
