I am thrilled with the whole team! My cat and I saw Dr. Falch who was very professional, thorough, and kind. I had a slew of minor concerns and questions which all received answers and advisement, leaving me feeling much more confident in the health status of my cat. I was also impressed and happy to receive a copy of my pet’s exam with findings within a day of the visit as well. Awesome experience all around!

I love Dr. Kraft. She is such a compassionate, knowledgeable veterinarian. She provides me with choices for my elderly dog, as I have few remaining months with him. There is no other veterinarian I would trust with these end-of-life decisions.

It was our first time at Token Creek and the staff made it a very positive experience for our 11 wk puppy. I’m sure he will be excited to return! They spent almost an hour with us and were very thorough.

Dr. Kraft and staff were so patient with my "crazy" Bella.

I am also very appreciative of the extra time and attention that went into Louie's visit. Dr. Kraft and staff offered me so much tenderness during Louie's last moments. They made a very difficult decision easier to make.
