I wish I could have gone here when I was a kid! So so so awesome to my 2 year old daughter who was a champ! They showed her all the tools and how they work and let her hold them and practice on her stuffed animals. Truly a rockstar crew!

Everyone was very kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable.

I was also very pleased with how they are handling all of the covid issues. We felt very safe and comfortable going into see the dentist.

We are sincerely missing Dr Karnavy and the Little Britches office. The newest locum dentist said things looked good but when I got to the front desk they told me that my child needed sealants, which I was not informed. They also mixed up my daughters filling with a tooth extraction. I recommend in the future that the dentist speak with the parents directly, especially if they’re in the room, before passing it along to the front desk.

My 3 kids just had their first visit since the switch to ToothZone. The front office and hygienists were very friendly. However the visit was very rushed. I only witnessed one of my children’s cleanings and it was extremely quick and not through.

I was with my youngest when Dr.Z was with my oldest 2. I spoke with her when she came in to examine my son. She did not examine him for more than 30-60 seconds! She was not in the room for more than 2 minutes total, that included examining my son, reviewing his X-rays and discussing all 3 of my children. My children did not receive a thorough exam or cleaning and I am frustrated we wasted our insurance benefits. Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere for our future dental care.

My son had to get a couple fillings and sealants. The staff was very prepared for COVID precautions which was great to see and made us feel more comfortable. His dentist and her assistant were excellent! They were very thoughtful and made all of us feel comfortable. I especially liked how they made my son feel comfortable and explained things along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
