I have found the vets at Yonge Street Animal Hospital excellent in all respects: routine visits, diagnosis and treatment, surgeries and pain management, and dealing with emergencies. I have two chihuahuas and they have always been treated with great care and intelligence. Everyone who works there is very professional and extremely kind and friendly to pets and their humans. I feel very fortunate to have such a great animal hospital in my neighborhood.

I have been taking my 2 ferrets here for a few years now and they have been extremely helpful. It can be difficult to find a vet familiar with exotics But my girls have always loved the staff

We are very pleased with the care and service provided by Yonge Street Animal Hospital. They go the extra mile in every way. We love that they use social media to share updates about our pet - fun and informative.

Great care as usual. Very loving and responsible towards my cat. When I boarded him they went the extra mile and gave him his own personalized "tent". He came home on great shape.

Amazing care, as always. Dr. Belovich stayed after the hospital closed on Saturday in order to examine my little pooch and provide pain medication. As he put it, "I don't want him to be in pain over the weekend."

Something else I really appreciated. A staff member helped me carry the dog food I purchased to my car yesterday. I had my little pooch with me, and would have had to make two trips.

Coco is the loved cat of a 95 year old neighbour on our street. She has an incredible personality, and with age has too begun the aging process. She had been leaking urine in the summer so I had rushed her on a Sunday night to the Willowdale Emergency clinic - who also went above and beyond in trying to help her. It seem to do the trick.

Then December it started again - so this time on a weekday, I was taking our ferret into have her ears done and I called and explained the situation with Coco and was their anyway they could take a look at her, she was clearly in a bad way. They said yes they could fit her in at the same time Molly was scheduled.

By the time I had reached their office within the hour, they had the foresight to get in contact with Willowdale Emerg and were aware of her previous state in the summer. That alone spoke volumes about the care and length Yonge Street Animal Hospital were prepared to do for a non patient and a cat that was clearly in distress.

A complete exam was done on Coco, cross referencing the summer information, they treated her and asked to have her back for a follow up.

Two weeks to the day a reminder call came, I collected her and took her in. She had gained weight and was dry. Another safeguard round of antibiotics were given and she was home within half an hour.

I cannot say enough about the YSAH staff and both Dr.Crozier who supervised Coco and Dr. Belovich who Molly our Ferret adores. I would recommend Yonge Street Animal Hospital in a Heartbeat!

Many Thanks,

Cathy L
