It was horrible, Waited two hours in the hot parking lot!! Then got slapped with a $800 bill without warning!

The vet assistant informed me of the changes in the office hours and had my pet’s med ready which made purchasing much easier.

I consider myself luck to have found Torrance Vet, my dog had been seen by two other vet, one of which was Access. She showed no sign of improvement until after she was seen by Torrance Animal Hospital. She is getting better every day and is scheduled for a follow-up appt this Monday. While we are and have been struggling through the Covid I will be glad when we can accompany our fur babies into the examining rooms.

I was very upset however to find out that my membership to Pet Assure was no longer accepted. I should have been notified that you no longer honor them especially since I have been paying them monthly for some time. Other than this I have been using your facility for over 10years.
