Brought car in with an appointment at 8am, had to call at 2pm to find out they hadn't looked at it yet. Got a call back at 5pm saying they did oil change & tire rotation, but needed to run diagnosis to check on why EBrake & VDC light were sporadically coming on($160 just to check), but needed my car for another day to diagnose.
Get a call at noon following day to discuss findings, part of which was a recommended front & rear shock replacement(approx $600 each), I had to remind them they did the fronts a year ago. They found record of previous work and corrected recommendation but would have done work if I authorized it. Also part of recommendation was a spark plugs change which I authorized, upon further research after I picked up car they had done spark plugs change service October 17( there was never a mention of this during recommendation) this is a $300+ repair.
After calculation, I've spent $5k+ at this shop since 2015 on a 2010 Altima with 106k miles, no accidents, no major repairs, not once have I been offered a repeat business discount of any significance.
They seem to do good work as I've only had to bring it back once after a repair, but you will pay premium processing and I don't feel they are looking out for customer on any level.
