I came in without an appointment on an emergency basis and was seen within an hour. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. I saw two different doctors for my root canal and crown. Both were extremely gentle, making sure I was completely comfortable throughout the process.

I'm happy with the dental care, except for the occasional attempts to sell me additional products and services (which didn't happen on this visit). However, the reason I gave a middling answer on whether I'd recommend Total Health Dental Care in Old Oakland to someone else is just that I don't generally give such recommendations for anything (but I'd speak positively if someone asked).

I have a very satisfactory experience and the result is way way above my expectation. Time spent in the procedures were unhurried. And I had to go back after 2 weeks for the final procedure. In other words, I got the result that I wanted. The doctor and the dental clinic is like no other. I was well taken care of. The office staff and assistants are very professional. The price is worth it!
