We went to Total Merchant Supply to receive credit card machine service. Jim Putnam and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in order to make our event a success. Excellent service. Our gift cards weren't working, I called in after hours and it was only about 15 minutes and I was contacted back by two people. I'm so pleased with their service and recommend them to everyone!

Responsiveness not great. Not enough support In integrating system that seems like it is being built on the fly

Total Merchant Supply replied:

We apologize that it took two days to respond to a "report" type question last week. While those type of issues will always be a lower priority than more urgent POS support calls, we should have been able to respond in 24 hours and we failed on this call.

I'm not sure what isn't integrated in the system? This particular software is cutting edge, cloud based technology so there are more "beta" type issues that arise compared to more developed (and more expensive) softwares.
