The experienced Pilates and Yoga instructors helped me with a safe workout for my entire pregnancy and with regular acupuncture and adjustments, I was able to get through the pain! Beverly Hills Posture was the only place I could find that has the equipment for a face down pregnancy massage which was life changing.
