I live almost an hour and a half away from Russellville. When my English Bulldog was diagnosed with lymph node cancer by my husbands vet I wanted a second opinion. I have been around Gina through my best friend taking her baby there and have grown to appreciate her as well as her staff. They are professional but personal and know how to treat everyone. While I got the same diagnosis Gina explained everything to me and answered my questions. The next morning my husband and I made the drive back and they had a room with chairs set up so we could be with him. The staff was so caring and they were companionate. If we get any more fur babies they will be taken back to Gina even though it is a drive.

We love Doc and Jenna! My Merle would not be a thriving almost 2 year old if it wasn’t for all the time, energy, research, patience and love that was given to him almost the full first year of his life not only from Doc and Jenna but the staff. He still gets excited when asked if he wants to go see Doc. We drive over an hour to have Merle and Patsy taken care of and we would not think of using anyone closer.

So glad I used them! My husband abd I decided to take a last minute weekend trip-
My fur baby is not a “d-o-g” she is our daughter-
We were scared to leave her- but when we picked her up she was so busy loving the vet tech she didn’t even come when called!!! That screams volumes to me!!!!!
My fur bavy lived tren!!!! She’s the VEST judge of character!!!!

Always friendly and professional service. The focus is always on the health and quality of life for my dogs. I know they are always well-taken cared for with plenty of human interaction. My dogs get excited went they get there - they love the workers.

As alway's they provided the excellent service and care for my little Buddy.... I have said this many times to other's, I believe they saved his life.... Not only does the Doc show how much he loves animals but the complete staff does to.... And let's not forget the compassion shown to the animal and to the owner who brings it in as well.... They have alway's treated me with the utmost respect and kindness also....
