As always, the experience was excellent. We were just coming in for medication and food, but of course Dr. Peterson was willing to give advice on pet issues (Rupert wishes he could have come in himself).
I was very happy with our visit. Heather the vet tech was amazing and gave my dog some treats to help calm him down, which sounds really trivial but going to the vet is a nightmare for me because my dog is a nut case and the treats made a huge difference. The vet was very nice, he checked my dogs eyes and checked if a lump was a benign lipoma without charging more than the office visit. I am going to call back when I switch my dogs diet so Heather can help me figure out the correct amount to give my dog for him to lose some weight. The only downside was the location on State street which is very loud, which doesn't help nervous dogs.
I knew as soon as I walked in, that I was in the right place. I was so impressed with the receptionist and everyone else I spoke with.
I felt like I had known Dr Peterson for years. Of course, I had never met him before. He was so personable and genuine. Never did he seem to be in a hurry. I would like to thank everyone there for making me feel so at home!!
