It is always hard when you are dealing with a sick animal. The staff were very sympathetic & supportive. They treat each "crisis" as if you are their only client & try to answer all of your questions & provide information without making you feel rushed.

Dr. Peterson and his staff always take great care of Ginger! Kind and friendly even when she is slightly nervous. Not a pets favorite thing to be poked and prodded, but having a warm wonderful staff does help keep a pet less anxious.

I appreciate not being pushed to treat my girls with unnecessary procedures, shots, etc. The doctor and office staff were very personable and caring. I was surprised that Purina food was suggested as I have researched brands and none of the “grocery store” brands make the cut due to fillers and meat by products.

Everyone at Town & Country is helpful and concerned about my pets and willing to be sure that they are seen and competently treated whenever necessary. I feel that staff there are my friends and that they care about me and my animals.

Town and Country has been our Veterinarian for 20 years and they love dogs and are very kind and welcoming and know our dogs, children, and us on a first name basis.
