The office and the dentist lacked a warm welcoming attitude. Nothing in particular when wrong but no one was gracious.

Roland Park Vision Services
I have had two great experiences at Roland Park Vision Services. I live nearby so when my glasses broke (the hinge screw fell out and was lost) I went there and they fixed my glasses for free! In order to "pay them back", I scheduled my next eye exam there. The staff and doctor were extremely nice and did a great job. I also appreciated that the office was open by appointment only and everyone inside was wearing masks. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because when I called to make my eye exam appointment, the (older sounding?) woman who answered the phone was impatient and seemed like she was annoyed like I was bothering her. It felt like she just wanted to get off the phone and I almost went somewhere else. Other than that, I highly recommend Roland Park Vision Services!Read More …
