Although there were difficulties in getting the correct parts and an interior door handle was broken when disassembling the interior panel Toyotech did an excellent job keeping us informed, getting the correct parts and replacing the broken handle at just the cost of the part. You can get a true measure of a company's service when everything doesn't go smoothly and they still make it right. David did an excellent job communicating. We are very pleased with the service.

The gentlemen at the reception were very polite. I had returned to follow-up on service recommended by a visit in June. I was surprised, however, that only one small item (replacement of a battery connection) of several recommended items was addressed. It was explained to me that upon re-examination, some items were not so serious (i.e., adjusting a brake rotor) and was not required. Other items that were recommended in June (e.g., change air filters, flush the brakes, replace a leaky strut) were not addressed at all. Although it was explained to me that perhaps the leaky strut was not serious enough, there was ample evidence of uneven wear on the tires and it was recommended that I plan on replacing the tires soon. I was told that in order to replace the strut, hat a part would have to be ordered. Since I left the car there more than 24 hours with the expectation that the June 2021 recommendations would be addressed, I would have preferred to have a discussion before I came to pick up the vehicle about the change in reasoning and decision that several of the items noted in the June 2021 visit did not need attention.

Patrick and Jeff were thorough and fair. Planned for new brakes and after assessment- said mine were still good and did not need. Appreciate them doing work only that’s necessary. Glad I made an appointment - was out of there in 90 minutes!

I went in for what I believed would be a $350 tuneup. When I arrived, my bill was under $70. "It didn't need all that," he said. That's why I continue doing business with ToyoTech. They're just flat honest, PLUS they do a great job.
