This was my first time visiting the Salon and Spa. I booked a facial, manicure, and pedicure. I have never had any of these services before. The facial was amazing, Kenna was great. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my face felt great. However, my manicure and pedicure were underwhelming. I was expecting a relaxing experience and what I received seemed rushed and impersonal. Abigail seemed like she has somewhere else to be. My foot soak lasted about 3 minutes and the massage was also about that long. She painted my toes like she was in a hurry. They look great - but not any better than I can do at home. Next was my manicure. Barely filed my nails and barely gave a hand/arm massage. She rushed through the painting and put on coats of nail polish that seemed way too thick. I asked about drying time and she took me to another room to sit under the dryer and disappeared. When I found my own way to reception, I damaged one of my nails trying to pay. The polish was so thick, they were never going to dry. Abigail was no where to be found and another employee kindly fixed the damaged nail. By the time I arrived home, 5 of my nails were damaged because the thick polish still had not dried. Ended up removing the polish within 10 minutes of arriving home. Once I removed the polish, I found that a few of my nails had been filed on a diagonal instead of straight across like I asked. Spent the next half hour fixing the filing.

Maddie my Stylist is great. I have always been happy with my hair cuts and perms. Jane is awesome too. Love the decorations as I think it makes people smile and be happy. I know it does me. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.
