Dr. Hadash seemed to knowledgeable in treating my dog and cat. He was right on with both of their diagnosis.
There was a problem with the front office staff. They were rude and seemed inconvenienced with having to see my sick animals. Because of them being rude, I asked to speak with Dr. Hadash and he basically told me the office manager handles the complaints. I will not be returning and have found a better vet with a good and kind office staff.

As the manager, I held coaching sessions with an emphasis on how to handle different situations.
