My overall experience was great, but I had to knock off one star because I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. I would have appreciated a call ahead of time, letting me know that my haridresser was running behind. One other note is that I felt like the shampooing/head massage portion of the haircut was super rushed. Still, the haircut itself was great, and my hairdresser really listened to what I wanted. I'll be returning for my next cut.
Thank you so much for your feedback. You are absolutely right.. we should have called you to let you know that we were on a delay. Our apologies for this and for feeling rushed during your shampoo. We will definitely address these instances with our staff and be sure that we are communicating properly for a great (and better) guest experience.
