5 stars for the backoffice staff. Very friendly and compassionate with my dog. But the front desk, (negative 5 for her) check me in and out is horrible. Very unhappy person, need social skills. Just wondering how this kind of attitude is working at the front desk to greet people. So rude that she forgot that we're the source of her pay. It's either she need to change her attitude towards people or change career where she doesn't need to deal with people. So so rude and unhappy person. But for Dr. Salwan and Assist, Awesome!!!!

We were pleased that the doctor took us as a walk in emergency. They have called several times so far regarding my case and explained each step. I believe that the doctor has my cat's health interest and I like that he has kept me up on her case.

Only problem is that when I was quoted a price for a procedure, the desk charged me $15 more even after I explained the quote. Being on a fixed income, the additional cost is a concern since it's already over $2000 and it's not over yet.

Outstanding a although the services that were recommended I think was just so I would spend more money I had her come in for a person possibly a urinary tract infection to find out that's what it was also to have her ears checked instead of prescribing something for her ears they were wanting me to come back at $150 a week to clean them it's a little outrageous other than that the service was great would recommend

You made me wait for 2 hours before even looking at my pet. And the Doctor didnt feel empathetic when questioned. To top it off I took my pet to a different vet the same day and they told me my pet doesnt even need all the tests you suggested. And everytime I was there, all the tests you did were in question now.

I’m asking my friends not to go here and also gonna post in my community group not to go here. I understand you’re busy then what’s the point of scheduling and why would you make me wait for 2 hours before even looking at my cat. All your staff are the same.

My cat was scared of your place. Scared. When I took him to a different vet he went to the Doctor, greeted them, asked them to pet him etc. He went to emergency once and did the same. Maybe there’s a reason he’s so scared of your place. Never coming back and will tell everybody I know and I dont know to avoid your place

On arrival walking in there was a very strong urine smell. The staff was pleasant but there were too many customers for them to manage
