I was not happy that I couldn’t get the results on the same day for my pets X-ray and I had to pay 200 dollars for a radiologist consult. It’s the next day and I still haven’t heard from the veterinarian. The staff who provides the phone services are rude and in patient. We paid so much money to leave without an answer or a diagnosis. The staff who helped at the front desk was friendly and kind.

Dr. Salwan is a very patient, compassionate, caring, understanding, and experienced animal doctor. I want, demand, and require these characteristics in a doctor who takes care of my furry family member. Yes, my four legged companion with a wagging tail is family. I know my dog is old and has many health issues. That is why Dr. Salwan is my doctor for the past five years and whom I trust to provide the best medical care and advice for my Thumper. He is willing to spend the time to answer my many questions. Additionally, Dr. Salwan is the city council member for many years and has been the city Vice Mayor.

Excellent care from a really nice staff, even though it took a bit of time it was worth it considering their rates are so much lower than other vets. I appreciate that the Dr. didn’t push for anything unnecessary for my elderly cat. TriCity is thoughtful, caring, and worth the drive from my home in Mountain View.

I am so glad that I found Dr. Amisha Patel, and I have been searching for the "right" dentist for such a long time after several bad experiences. I finally asked my orthodontist who I like very, very much (Dr. Vogel in Fremont) for a recommendation because I was just out of luck, and he gave me Dr. Patel's info Dr. Patel is very caring and also great at problem-solving. She takes pride in her work and takes time to get the job done RIGHT and not just to be "done with it". I felt she and her staff are genuine and not trying to oversell me on procedures, which I've unfortunately experienced at many other dentists in Fremont (I so very much want to name drop but I won't... this time...). I actually feel sad thinking back on how much I've paid (and how much my mom had paid when I was younger) on all these "cavities" I mostly likely never even had. :( Dr. Patel's fees are also very reasonable, which again, makes me sad when I think about how much I've been ripped off by other dentists. I just didn't know better!!! And shouldn't I be able to trust a medical professional?? That was my thinking previously, hence why I had always agreed to pay for and undergo ALL the likely unnecessary procedures I was told I needed (!!!!) ANYWAY. That was my sad rant. Go to Dr. Patel!!!
