I am happy with the results that Gina made me dated 2 April 2015. I was supposed to pay nothing because it was my fourth visit. You explained to me that I had to go on a Wednesday. I would have gone but I was in the hospital and my husband called you to cancel because I was sick. Then no one informed me of this at the time of my cancellation. If I had the information I would have gone the following Wednesday. I'll have your beauty salon for 3 years and I'm wondering if I'll go back because it's too expensive. I'm really frustrated with this situation and I thought you might have been more understandable
Thank you for your feedback Lise, please be aware that your husband cancelled your appointment on the day but did not give a reason why, we then accommodated you for the following day by moving another guest that we knew was flexible, in order to make space for you. The Wednesday Color Special is only available on a Wednesday, if it would be available on any day it would not be a special or promotion. Regarding your 4th free appointment, as was explained to you, promotions can not be combined, our guests can choose between pre-booking their future 4 appointments, each within 5 weeks and the 4th one will be free (of equal or lesser value). However, this promotion does not include any promotions or specials, a stated.

I I would definitely recommend Trini salon I really love Gina who highlighted my hair it came out gorgeous she really goes out of her way to make you 100 percent Happy! And everyone is very nice and friendly so if u need a hair stylist go see GINA
Only good experience I had is I came in as a walk in and they took me in 45 mins. later. Haircut was OK but the stylist really didn't listen to my needs, I wanted additional services done and I was told I'd have to make another appointment for those services. This salon used to be my favorite salon but I will not be going back.

We can only apologies for not having been able to provide you with additional services as the stylist will most likely have had a pre-booked appointment with another guest. We always aim to accommodate walk ins but are not always able to and must give priority to our guests that have appointments.
