Worst experience ever I’ve been going there for years at one time we had seven animals our cat passed away inside our home my husband called and made arrangements and paid for everything upfront we’ve never had to deal with a cat or animal passing away the office staff was super unprofessional not friendly not welcoming not sympathetic asked me if I wanted to put my deceased cat in the bag and hand it to her over the counter my daughter was hysterical we have had her cat for 18 years and they want me to put my beautiful amazing cat in a bag? They said we don’t typically put anyone in a room it’s not protocol it was the most horrible experience ever I will never go back. I absolutely love Dr. K what is office staff is horrible

I arrived at 8:30 am as a walk-in and was seen within 45 minutes. Very busy office so I was happy it didn’t take too long. Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Korolos was very thorough in his examining my cat Desi. Would recommend this veterinarian.

Although the staff is very polite and nice. It feels disorganized and waits are long despite having scheduled appointments. I understand that they accept walk-in visits which is great, but it does impact the wait times for those that have preplanned their appointments. Even a simple pick-up of my pet after a procedure can take a long time.
