Dr Karolos and his staff are most caring during the most difficult moments of our pets distressful illnesses. I feel comforted that we have Trinity Pet Hospital nearby.

I love the doctor and staff there but wish the waiting time is reduced. My dog was having an anxiety attack for waiting for so long there.

First time visit for a wellness visit and experienced excellent care for my 6 month old Pomeranian puppy. He had a check up and received Rabies and Lepto vaccinations, deworming and flea medication and followup vaccinations. Dr. Kerolos was professional, personable, caring and affordable. I would highly recommend him!

Very happy with the service, the expertise, the friendliness and the cost. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs in the back, to the dr himself. A bit crowded but it goes to show you how well they are loved by our community. Although crowded, everything moved along smoothly. A wonderful experience.

3-1/2 hour wait at the location before receiving care, even with an appointment, plus another 1-1/2 hour wait for the x-ray and consult.. Meanwhile I witnessed numerous (dozens) walk-ins come in and leave ahead of me. Horrible admin services at the front desk. This is a cookie cutter operation which leaves me questioning the standard of care they provide to our beloved pets... In total I was waiting here 5 hours. Horrible-horrible disregard and lack of respect for me and my time. I will never come back here again.
