Thank you God for Megan being back! Megan’s attitude coupled with her knowledge/experience makes going to Trinity vision a joyful experience. Every small business needs to have a Megan on their team as her concern for the customer, her knowledge of her product and how to get things done and just a happy person keeps us coming back to Trinity vision. We have eyewear insurance coverage but Trinity is not a provider and we still go back to Trinity because of the service and the personal connection that you receive as a patient at Trinity Vision.
I've been going to Trinity Vision for years and they have always done a good job. No one in the office wore masks at this visit, which I would have felt more comfortable if the health professionals did. Other than that, the visit was good.
ALWAYS enjoying going to see Dr. Haas for my eye appointment!!!! She's very engaging and ensures you as the patient play an active role in your care and treatment. She also makes sure to address each concern and explain things so you as the patient have a good understanding of the health of your eyes.
I am finally feeling better. After the fall where I chipped some teeth and injured my face, It has taken some time to recover. Dr. Rowell was so reassuring and his team made me feel that everything was going to be "all right". Just what I needed. I so much appreciate being scheduled in promptly and as a visitor from Canada, I felt cared for extra-specially.
