The service, in and of itself, was exactly what I would expect. There was nothing beyond any other experience I have had with getting an oil change. Neither was it lacking. However, as I sat in the wait area, I could plainly hear a lady, I'm assuming the manager, talking on a phone and plainly stating my name, address, and phone number. I have no idea what the purpose of this entailed. I did, however, feel that it was a tremendous infraction of my rights. First, if I could plainly hear my personal information, so then could every other patron in the wait area at that time. Second, for what possible purpose on earth could they need and need to share this information?
