My complain is not with the hairstyle or the hairdresser but the salon administration. I was treated like a disgusting infected person by the front desk ladies. I had an appointment online and also had already payed online. As soon as I got to the front door they didn’t let me in and kept me in the cold until I called the salon ( they could see me through the glass door). The receptionist said: ” let me see if your hair dresser is ready because you are not allowed to wait inside.” As soon as she opened the door not even asking but pointed that thermometer gun into na face, asking all the covid questions like a parakeet and just told me to sit in the corner. No manners, noting. Keep one thing in mind, without us- the costumers you will go out of business. You have to guide your employees better. I won’t come back to this salon and I already made sure all my friends in social media know about it.
Sadly this pandemic has forced us to put many procedures and protocols in place to keep our guests and staff safe and feel cared for during this time. We have been given a 17 page guideline from NYS which includes sanitation, COVID screening questions, removal of all chairs in waiting room just to name a few. We can happily report we've had zero COVID cases traced back and or linked to our business.
This hasn't been easy for anyone, myself and staff do our best to ensure everyone's safety and all of our guests have applauded and respected our efforts.
