Conflicted on how to rate my experience. Consultation was rushed- I asked for more my natural color with complementary highlights. I showed a picture of lighter brown hair with highlights (explained this was lighter than I wanted, but wanted to give an example of the “natural look”). Explained that I would like something natural/bright like that but something darker that would compliment my natural shade. Explained that I did not want to be too blonde anymore as my hair has started breaking, even while using damage remedy conditioner. Stylist said ok. Flash forward, my hair is literally white in the front. Not at all what I asked for. I still look OK, as the stylist is talented, but it is not what I wanted. At under $200 I would have been happier. Now that prices have gone up and I paid $250, for the price, mediocre is not good enough. Stylist relies heavily on toner to fix any overprocessing- more than any other stylist I have ever had in the past (which also adds $35). I look washed out and hair is white. It is not terrible, but also not worth $250.
