Looking for a salon to call my own here in Eldersburg, I called True Colors to ask a bunch of annoying questions. Fortunately, darling Heather picked up the phone, explained complex procedures to me with confidence, competence, and patience, and helped me schedule an appointment with her.
I've never had such a good experience at a salon! Heather understood my lame and sorry attempts at describing what I was looking for, and she patiently asked just the right questions to make sure she was accommodating my every desire and allaying my every fear. Her choice of color for the blending in of my quickly-accumulating gray hair was just perfect, and I found throughout the appointment that her skill and knowledge are beyond compare. Further, she spent quite a bit of time suggesting techniques and products she thought I'd like.
I couldn't have been happier with True Colors. I'll be back.
