I take my street/autocross Miata to get aligned at True Line and am always very impressed by both their knowledge and quality of work. I have never gotten a bad alignment or anything other than a really good experience. Highly recommend.
Well we had to bring my daughters Jeep back to have the entire rest axel seal job done over, seals where “SMASHED” and leaking. Not sure how or why a complete rear axel job and rear breaks could be done wrong but that’s what happened. When we brought The leaking problem to the attention of true line they re did the entire job at no charge, that was reassuring of the type of business we where dealing with. Thank you True Line and Staff.
First thing is first, my car is my baby. So I'm picky about who works on it. That being said, True Line and Ryan are TOP NOTCH, trustworthy and dependable. Not only did they have my car done earlier than expected, they called and communicated with me throughout the process. My car handles well and I have piece of mind that I have an alignment shop I can recommend from here on out!
I explained to Alex and Ryan my intentions about the purchase of a travel trailer and Alex was extremely professional in describing the suspension needed for my F150. I trusted his judgement and went forth with the work recommended. He, Alex, did not try to over sell me on anything but met the needs that I had with a comfortable price. The entire staff was more than helpful .
my visit to true line was my first time using them, I was told about true line from my son, I was treated with respect and kindness from the staff, Alex explained to me what they were going to do for my service, and would get back to me later on about what was needed for repairs, I was contacted the very next day. and work was completed the very same day. GREAT JOB BY ALL.
I've been coming here for many years with my 03 F-350 4x4 with 6" lift, dual Fox 2.0 front shocks w/ reservoirs and dual Fox 2.0 steering stabilizers. Always excellent customer service from Alex in the shop, Ryan at the front counter, and the rest of the staff who's names I can't remember at the moment.
I drove over 50,000 miles on my last set of 35x12.50x17R Toyo M/T tires because I rotate and balance every 10,000 miles or so, and because these guys know what their doing when it comes to truck alignments.
One day after working on a rough cut dirt job site, I had an issue with sticky steering on my way home. I stopped by the shop, spoke to Ryan and explained what was going on. Upon a close inspection in the shop by Alex, he found a bent shaft on a steering stabilizer shock, probably caused by bouncing around the dirt job site. I went home, got online and purchased 2 new Fox 2.0 steering stabilizers and a new BDS dual shock mount. With parts in hand and an appointment that fit my schedule, I went back to the shop and had them install everything.
I'll continue to bring my truck here for alignments, suspension and steering work. You should bring your vehicle here too, these guys work on cars, trucks, motor homes, hot rods and more.
