I would have given True Line 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact the brakes weren't checked for proper reassembly and operation after completing the suspension work. When I picked up the car, I took it for a short drive to make sure all was good before handing it over to my wife. When I attempted to slow down and stop there was a heavy metallic sound coming from the brakes. I returned the car, and the mechanic took it for his own test drive and found that he miss assembled the left front brake caliper. He quickly reinstalled the caliper and sincerely apologized for his error.

When I was a mechanic, I always test drove the customer's car prior to release. This assures that the customer’s car is good working order when leaving the shop.

All that said True Line Alignment is a good and honest shop and I would use them again.

From start to finish was amazing. The woman who took my info (sadly I never got her name) was welcoming and made pertinent notes on our truck situation. Ryan, the owner, was the main mechanic on our job. He explained everything thoroughly and plainly for me so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. They did an extensive job analyzing our problem and gave me important info that affected our alignment. Overall I highly recommend this company. I felt heard and got answers to problems that no other mechanic ever gave me that affect overall wear and tear on our tires.
