Excellent, Michael was super helpful , very honest and actualy recommended less services that I thought I needed, he essentially cut his estimate in half from being so honest . We were interested in saving water and thought a "tankless" water heater was the solution. The hot water would take a long time to warm up and wasted a lot of water while we waited. Mike came out and suggested installing a water pump since our current water heater was only five years old and was in good shape. Problem solved. I'm happy to report how well it works getting hot water out quickly without having to run it for 30 seconds or more.
