Long time fan and loyal customer. I've not had one bad visit and I've been with Lori Romero since 1997. This last visit, Arlene did my color and like before, really wonderful job.

Not satisfied with the color.
The stylist shud have done a strand test to see if my hair wid take the color. But instead she did the highlights which dint show and she said my older hair color is strong and she can't do much.
I wish she had done a strand test before.
She charged me full amount and was still looking for a tip on top.
I was expecting atleast some discount. Very expensive for me to get no color to show up.
Never again.

Every time I visit True Salon I receive a warm greeting and have a pleasant experience with my stylist. Normally, I see Alyssa G., who is outstanding! Now that she's out on maternity leave, she referred me to Arlene C. It turns out Arlene was trained by the stylist I had before Alyssa, so small world, right? Anyway, Arlene was super friendly, patient, and did a really nice job with my root color and cut.
I'd recommend True Salon--and Alyssa or Arlene--to any friends needing some hair TLC :).
