I went in on Friday before Christmas. My blonde hair is now silver grey. I ask for the lightest blonde possible without it being white. I was to have it corrected the next morning but couldn't make it in at 7 am due to an emergency that required an emergency room visit. I was devastated since I wanted my hair to look good for our family tradition Christmas party at our home. When trying to see if they could work me in no matter how long I had to wait they was very rude and said they was booked then closing. I've been going there ever since they opened buying many many products but will not go back. I'm sure me not going is not important to them but my money probably paid someone's salary.
Dear Mrs. Power,
I am truly sorry about your family emergency Friday morning. I sincerely hope all is well.
I also am very sorry that, beyond the 7am squeezed appointment that morning, we had no additional room for service, as it was, as you said, the day before Christmas. If my offer to revisit your service after Christmas was unclear, I would love to reiterate that now. We absolutely want you to be happy with your service and are willing to redo your color. You have been a loyal client for a long time, which we so value, and have never had issue in years past. I cannot explain why this service was unsatisfactory. I can only apologize that you were disappointed and offer, again, to bring you in at no charge.
Should you wish to accept our offer, please feel free to call Missy at 678.581.8783.
Thank you so much.
