How are you feeling? This question is one of the basic questions of life. Many interactions with healthcare professionals begin with this question. People ask their loved ones this question to gauge the rest of the interactions. It is one of the all-encompassing questions of life that is so basic and yet so profound.
This question goes beyond the physical body to the emotional and mental state of the individual. How you feel emotionally or mentally has a real and lasting impact on your physical well being. Stress is one of the main attributing factors to well being or lack thereof. "Ongoing, chronic stress, however, can cause or exacerbate many serious health problems, including: Mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. Cardiovascular disease, including heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, and stroke" (WebMD). The American Psychological Association reports that stress can affect the normal functioning of several body systems including cardiovascular, circulatory and male reproduction. More that three-fourths of American regularly suffer from the physical symptoms of stress.
Chiropractic care is a drug free, holistic method shown to help patients with all aspects of well being. I could not be happier with True Wellness. Their staff is awesome, particularly the physical therapists, Cory and Sue. They don't do "cookie cutter" therapy but instead work on what's bothering you individually. They could not be sweeter or more attentive. Dr. Zach and Dr. Taylor are awesome as well and make you feel so comfortable with their treatment. They always take the time to listen. All other staff are great as well. Best of all, my back pain is so much better. Sleeping and moving better.

I was so nervous to see a chiropractor, but they made be feel welcomed (especially the front desk crew) and explained everything in thorough detail before doing anything. The knowledge and skills each worker have is amazing. I love that they remember our conversations even when it’s been a few days or weeks since an appointment.
