Dr. Kim was great and you could feel it as you walked up the the reception desk and the front line crew was welcoming and was ready with a smile. Dr. Kim explained the eye exam so I understood all that was going on. She was all in all great. I’ll be back for sure. The office was very clean and orderly.

I scheduled an appointment and the day of the appointment I fell on a fresh knee surgery. Calling today September 22, to explain what happened there was no empathy but a harsh explanation on the fifty dollar no show fee.
I asked her if she could bill my insurance that’s all I did not need her rude, indignant answer. Tone of voice and delivery is everything over the phone. It had nothing to do with the money. I was just explaining what happened to me. I will be looking for another Highplace don’t worry.

Absolutely fantastic care from top to bottom. Everything was explained to me as the process was happening, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and every question I had was treated as important and given thorough answers. I have previously had very average care and would simply go to whatever optometrist was closest but I will be choosing to coming back to see Dr. Kim and her team in the future.

I get more help calling Progressive than I do using Sav-on. As a person that has had 2 of my adult daughters get insurance thru Sav-On, I have never received anything from Sav-On. Not even a thank you. And I'm guessing there is no price comparison between companies anymore either. In general, yes, I always refer persons to Sav-On, and will however, continue to refer them as last I knew about, Sav-On has all types of insurance.Read More …
