I didn’t get to meet Dr. Kim because the schedulers messed up my time slot for my appointment. They moved me to do a full eye exam rather than just a fitting for contacts without telling me so I ended up waiting 60minutes only to not be seen. Will not be going back. The lady at the front was really stressed and I think that affected her disposition. Maybe they could hire more people to help her so she isn’t so stressed and consequently rude. They were super backed up that day. So maybe having one less patient a day would also help give them some wiggle room in case someone is more complex and ends up needing more time with the doctor.

The price of exams, contacts & etc.. is giving scammer vibes. I know for a fact I was over charged for my eye exam after doing a price check at all the other stores, I Initially scheduled to be seen inside of the Macy's store and was referred for some I reason the day of my appointment to Tiffany Kim's office. Tiffany Kim made me feel like another number, as a paying customer she asked very little, she stood behind her assistance watch their sales performance and intevend when she seen fit. I wouldn't recommend anyone I know their. Tiffany seems like she knows her stuff, I just didn't like the vibes or responses I got from the staff when It came to pricing and insurances information

The clinic was running behind and I was seen for my appointment 20 minutes late. However, the front office staff, the technicians, and Dr. Kim were all very personable and helpful. This was probably one of the best eye appointments I have ever had in terms of addressing my vision issues. Really appreciate the new technology that avoids chemical eye dilation. Great team!
