Bob & Betsy Thompson started the company in the fall of 1980, from the living room of their home in Rockville. They'd both worked in the industry for years for other companies and realized there was a better way. The commitment from the start was to provide personalized tax preparation services for the clients. As the company grew and the clients needed more services Marion Thompson was brought on full time to provide not only tax preparation, but accounting, payroll and business management services as well.
