Dear Mrs. Anderson, i am truly sorry that you had a bad experience, however it had nothing to do with the quality of our mechanic and more to do with the last oil change that you had prior to bringing your vehicle to us. The oil filter housing had been over tightened so we were concerned that it may break as the result of force, which is why we brought it to your attention.
