The veterinary care was great, but I had to wait about 20 min in the inner patient room. I mentioned it and the doctor said it was due to being short-staffed. The delay won’t stop me from returning, but my experience was different than in previous visits.

I am a long-time customer so remain loyal to your practice, but it was different, as I indicated.

I hope you are able to find adequate staff soon.

Absolutely the best. Our dog developed an ear ache. We called for an appointment. However, they were booked up and were put on waiting list. Dr. O'Neil called us and we handled "visit" over the phone. He agreed that our dog probably had ear infection and prescribed some ear medication which we picked up and started same day. He asked us to call back if not better in several days.
