Our Travel Trailer Camper need its annual wheel bearings serviced, RV dealer wanted way too much in cost and time. John and his team went out of their way to help me get it done in a few hours and at half the price.

Ever woke up and didn't want to get up, my car's starter was feeling the same way, grandkids didn't want to ride in the car because of sounds the starter made. "Look at the people looking at us!!" So, I took it to Tuffy, no not that one, the one on Colonial. After listening to the starter, Frank said, "I give it one or two days before it dies on you, or we can fix for you while you're here. No brainer! The crew went to work on it right away. Didn't take long. Now the car is starting up like it's supposed to. I can count my relationship with John and his crew in terms of years. Lots of years. Going somewhere else is not an option. And the best thing, the prices are the most competitive anywhere. I can't afford to go to anywhere else, you can't either. Tell them the Envoy guy sent me.

The crew at the Tuffys on east colonial are always accommodating. When they saw that the work would take several hours they drove me home and when it was done they came and picked me up.When they realized I did not have enough money to pay for all the work to be done they applied several discounts so it was affordable. I have been bringing my car there since 2007 when I bought my Toyota. They all know my name
