I found the service to truly be customer centered. In a world where the service industry seems to be lacking people that genuinely care about the customer, Tuffy Auto Service Center is not one of them. They were very accommodating with my busy schedule and provided excellent thorough care to my vehicle. The manager of the service center, Brian Nocifora, was excellent, as he jumped right in to assist with vehicles being worked on in the shop to help the customers receive the repairs/service in a timely fashion.
