The staff was very helpful , knowledgable, and friendly. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to fit me right in and take care of the problem. There were parts needed, and instead of waiting a very long time, the parts arrived within 30 minutes and the job was worked on immediately. I have had many horrible experiences at auto repair places, but Tuffy has made that a thing of the past. The prices were very reasonable and I was made to feel very much at home. Thank you to Jesse and Andrew for making this girl's experience a great one!!! Will recommend to all my friends!

I was very satisfied with the friendly prompt service I received and the expert workmanship on finding out what the problem was with my vehicle.
