Had an amazing experience with my oil change. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend. I currently live out of town but will continue to travel back to my hometown to get my oil change from the guys at Tuffys.

I have been a customer of Tuffy for 3-4 years for oil change, alignment, and tire balancing. Usually my experience has been good but not this time. I made an appointment for a oil change which usually takes about 1/2 hour. This time I got there about 15 minutes early and checked in at the desk. They took my car around right away so I figured it would be around 1/2 hour as usual. I looked out and saw the hood up so thought everything was going OK. After 45 minutes the hood was still up and no one was doing anything to my car. Three people were working on another car. I asked if there was a problem and the person who checked me in came in and asked what I needed. I asked if there was a problem and he said no,, I would be done shortly, and they had something that they had required all of their attention. In about 10 minutes they brought my car around and the same person who checked me in and had asked me what my question was, checked me out. He acted like he was upset that I had questioned them and at no time during the check out did he say anything about the delay. In fact he did not even thank me for my business or say to come back again. Maybe I am not a big customer but I was in the service industry for many years and every customer is important.
