My visit to Tuffy - Naples on Oct 19 was my very first. The attendants there were very pleasant and friendly. I waited rather than dropped off my vehicle and they did very well in accommodating my circumstance. I am now going to make Tuffy my go to service center when I am in Naples. I am very happy with the service that they provided.

I requested 4 new tires and an alignment. When they started replacing the tires, they noticed an issue with my rear wheel bearings and called me right away. When I got my car back, it was so quite and rode so much smoother than before. The price I got for the tires was less than the quote from Goodyear tire store around the corner.
