I made an appt on Tuesday and dropped off my vehicle Friday morning. Discussed the issue on Tuesday and called again Friday to confirm the issue due to dropping it off before opening. Called back early afternoon to check progress to find they didn't even start yet. I stopped in after work only to be told the parts were not available until the next day. So, I leave...after a trip to the East coast I get a call that they broke a stem on my wheel, again, this is like the 4th or 5th one and the truck would not be ready until Monday. Not acceptable! After I lost my cool things seam to get done. The truth (Jeep) is still not fixed correctly. I'm afraid to return it. I've been bringing my jeep to this facility since new, which has been over five years and the quality of service has went way down. I bring both mine and my wife's car there for the same time frame. I believe it's time to search for another place. Sorry, but someone needs to fix that place....quick.......
