My appointment (October 11 2021), for An oil change went smoothly. I also had the cabin filter replaced and all seemed well. The next day I opened my glove compartment box and it fell out of place? After looking at the situation, I could see that a plastic support was broken. After picking up some papers I also couldn’t find my Navy Seal Emergency knife/tool.? I called Tuffys on Evan’s street, inquiring about the glove compartment and asked if the tech had noticed it broken when replacing the cabin filter? All I wanted was an answer, I wasn’t looking for something free. Additionally my Navy Seal knife was missing and I asked if it had accidentally fallen out? I talked to the manager who promised a quick follow up and call. No Response. I called back a week later and spoke to a tech by the same name as the manager. He was was very accommodating and pleasant and promised to get the message to the Manager and a prompt call. Today is October 29th, 2021 and still no acknowledgement. The only action I wanted was a call back and a little information. Crickets? Needless to say I was happy with the service But DISAPPOINTED with the simple request for follow through!
