I was ahocked that the service tech, didn't come to my front door and introduce himself, since he was new to my home. He stuck his head in my backdoor and yelled in. I then went out to my garage and he asked me to set the thermostats in the cool position. That is his job not mine. I was also supposed to get a call when he was on his way so I could lock my three small dogs up, which I did Not get. The office said they called my husband, He said they did not. This was not a good experience with Tuffy's. In the past this never happened. But those tech's have moved on.

You should not have to pay for Freon when the problem was not fixed, had to have someone else come out because the problem was a Freon Leak. Not low on Freon as the technician diagnosed

He never even checked the unit in the attic. Very disappointed, will not use your service again and will tell all my friends and anyone else that will listen.
