Overall I had a good experience.

Pros: Cody at the front desk was great. They got my car in and out within 1 day (replace spark plugs & wires).

Cons: This is the first mechanic I've been to that will still charge you the diagnostic fee even if you choose to have them make the repairs. That was an extra $100 most mechanics wouldn't have charged. Puts me on the fence to whether I'd come back or not.

I just finished doing a little holiday shopping and was driving to pick my daughter up from school and on the way I noticed I had punctured tire. I was short on time and couldn't wait the 3 hours other tire shops needed to do the job but I put the team at Tuffy Tire to the test and they got me in and out in only 10mins!! Team Tuffy understood my situation and rushed to the rescue, if you're looking for amazing service, great pricing, and quality service then go no further than Tuffy Tire!

Got in and out in great time. Made my first appointment online and they responded right back. They also put a new rear view window wiper on for me that I bought at a auto parts store and could not get it on myself. That was something extra they did for me that shows great customer service. Thanks for taking care of this for me.
