Scheduled fall maintenance found Co leak. Price for new furnace was discussed with all options explained plus rebates available from National Fuel. NO PRESSURE to decide that day. I decided to have Twin Air replace furnace and we set the date for the following week. Nate arrived on time, explained all features of the furnace package purchased and began work. He was efficient, neat and professional. Explained new thermostat and humidifier control. Showed me where Co detector and all shut off valves were located in basement. I am very pleased with the new furnace and would recommend Twin Air Heating and Cooling. He also had all the paper work for the rebate from National Fuel with him and filled out the form before he left. Within 2 days he emailed me a copy of the warranty for the new furnace that he had filed on-line. Great customer service!!!!

One call to a real person who took my information. Received a prompt call back. Was told when to expect a representative to be at my door. Explained what my problem was after inspection I was given a couple of options. In addition to choosing the best I option I also had my A/C tuned up. I chose to do an annual inspection for heating and cooling. Nate and Steve were very easy to deal with and very professional. Everything was explained and I am very happy that I chose to do business with Twin Air.
